The construction called sluice is widely used in navigation. Sluice is the rectangular camera from concrete which from two opposite sides has symmetric gate. One side of the sluice separates the reservoir and the other one separates that part of the channel in which the water level is higher. Building of sluices should be implemented in accordance with accepted standards which will contribute to further preservation of a normal rhythm of operation of all hydraulic engineering construction.
