In accordance with the information of the Master Plan the separate areas: residential, industrial, historical, cultural, recreational, social, and business, engineering and transport infrastructures, security areas, agricultural, military facilities, and qualified facilities are placed.
The general plan is the original base of the list of all documents, which then influences on the different levels of construction documents. It is necessary to approve and coordinate master plan in proper expert authorities after its creation and before the start of construction work.
